Euro Area Said to Want Greece Deal by June 14: Greek Official

* The Greek government believes an accord can be reached by
combining elements of Greece’s proposal for budget and
economic measures with aspects of a competing plan from the
country’s international creditors, according to the official
* Greece’s creditors want the targets for the country’s
primary budget surplus to be 1% of gross domestic product
this year, 2% of GDP in 2016, 3% in 2017 and 3.5% in 2018,
says the official, who calls these proposals a “good
basis” for further deliberations on the matter
